This is our original beer with an outstandingly sharp drinking experience.
It was created in cooperation with Daisen G Beer in Tottori Prefecture.

The brewery uses selected high quality barley and hops. The subterranean water and spring water that bubbles up at the foot of Mt. Daisen has been selected as one of the "100 best waters" by the government and "100 best waters of the Heisei era" by the Environment Agency, and the beer is brewed using this water.
Each kegged and bottled beer is carefully and painstakingly filled by hand, one by one, with the brewer's heart and soul.

As the name suggests, it is a refreshing drink with just the right amount of bitterness to go down your throat and go well with all kinds of food...!
From the toast to the final drink, this beer is our pride and joy and makes the food taste great any time of the day.
