-What is Iemorido?
Yasumoto Tea Shop, a teahouse that has been in business since the Meiji era, allows beer brewing while retaining the townhouse building, a fusion of modern brewing equipment and an old townhouse.

The brewery's name "Iemorido" was born from our encounter with this townhouse and our desire to preserve it and its culture," says Mr. Iino of Iemorido.
You can still find Yasumoto's tea from Yasumoto Tea Shop in Kyoto's brewpubs.

We put in a luxurious 7 kg of deep-roasted Mexican beans that we had roasted! Six carefully selected malts are blended with oats for a rich, smooth mouthfeel.
The aroma of roasted malt and the bitterness of coffee are in perfect harmony, creating a taste reminiscent of an adult espresso.

A perfect finish to a meal, a sweet treat, or just an occasional book....
It is an "afternoon stout" with the hope that people will enjoy it slowly and elegantly in the afternoon, just like a cup of coffee.

*I understand that Iemorido is only available in Kyoto, but you can drink it in Osaka only at molto! Only molto! It will be a valuable BEER!
