The name of the beer "Yairaike" means gratitude in Ainu language. It expresses our gratitude for the encounter between Kutsubukotan and DD4D, and for the opportunity to bring our beer to you.

-Taste-
100% is made with rare Cascade hops from Kamifurano, which are a good match for citrus. The base is a clean, drinkable, somewhat rustic IPA with a citrus/floral hop character, but accented with DD4D's local Iyokan peel from Ehime for a gentle touch.
