Taihu Brewing (Taiwan) x Minoh Beer

~Product Description~.
Based on a not-too-dark, dark-colored smoked beer, this unique beer is made with longans, a specialty of Taiwan. Longan is a fruit similar to lychee with a honey-like sweetness and floral aroma.
In Taiwan, dried ones are the most common, and are used daily in teas, Chinese medicine, sweets, etc.

A gentle beer with a hint of longan behind a moderate smoke aroma.

What is Taihu Brewing?
The brewery has a passionate fan base in many countries for its challenging new beers, such as tropical fruit beers made with passion fruit and guava, which are unique to the fruit kingdom of Taiwan, and high-alcohol beers made "with ice".
There are 5 taprooms in Taiwan, including a taproom in Taiwan, and in 2020, Taihu Tokyo, a directly managed taproom in Japan, will open.
