A super-challenging soft serve ice cream smoothie created in collaboration with Noboribetsu Ji Beer. The name comes from the sightseeing spot "Shirogane Aoi Ike" in Biei, Hokkaido.
As the name suggests, the visual is pale and cloudy, and the mouthfeel is super thick and full-bodied. Flavors of cream, vanilla, and peach are accented with a hint of cool orange.
A very sweet dessert sparkling wine to be enjoyed without any logic.

Style Imperial Fruit Sour Ale
ABV:8.0%

Sour ale with blueberries, blackberries and strawberries.
Refreshing mouthfeel with juicy acidity derived from fruit and lactic acid bacteria.
The use of Comet hops with berry nuances reinforces the fruitiness.
The addition of lactose gives an overall rounded finish.
