This beer is a bottom-fermented beer, called "Dunkel Style," which was created in Munich, Germany. 
It has been manufactured for restaurants since 1996.
 
In the past, it was sold as canned beer, but now it is basically only available in stores 🍺.
 
It looks black, though not as black as black beer, and despite its appearance, the aroma is slightly sweet.
 
It has little bitterness and a clean aftertaste! An easy-to-drink beer with a soft malt sweetness.

Alcohol is not sold at all hours now, but when it reopens, "lunchtime drinking" is recommended!
 
It is not only at night that you can enjoy our signature craft beer 🍺🍺.
 
If you want to combine lunch with a lunch drink, I recommend the lunch plate 🥗.
 
The four-course meal, including pasta and main dish, is a bargain at 1,000 yen (tax included).
