The non-alcoholic beer we serve is "Bloody Heels of the Prohibition Era" made by Iwate Kura Beer.

The ironic name is a combination of "heel," which means "villain" in English, and "beer," which was made into a villain by the Corona disaster, and is a limited-time beer that is only shipped during the government's self-restriction period on serving alcoholic beverages for those of us who are restricted from serving alcoholic beverages.

 
Although non-alcoholic, it retains the aroma and taste of beer, and is a glimpse of the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the artisans at Iwate Kura Brewery.
