This time last year, I visited the factory of "Minoh Beer," a company that has always been a great source of support for us 🏭.

The facilities have changed dramatically since I first visited the brewery 10 years ago, and I realized that Minoh Beer is now being delivered to a much wider audience.

We also heard about the increased efficiency of production and the commitment to choose inefficiency (commitment to the two roller malt crusher) in order to preserve the taste that customers love, and we learned again the reason why Minoh Beer tastes so good.

Peach Weizen," which has become a summer tradition, is also behind the popularity of the beer, and I admired the thoughtfulness of everyone who continues to brew this popular beer for customers, even though it takes a lot of manual labor as well as machines. 🙇🏻
